This partial ocean view unit #8-303 is a privately owned condominium unit recently upgraded in August 2007. The unit is a one bedroom/two bath a/c suite with kingsize bed in the master bedroom and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The full kitchen has all the appliances including coffee maker, dishwasher, and microwave. There is a washer/dryer combination and the living room has high speed Internet, phone, and cable TV. The grounds at Kamaole Sands include two pools, hot tubs, tennis courts and bbq areas.

Unit #8-303 will sleep four people only. Nightly rates are based on double occupancy. No extra person charges.

A $15 registration fee is payable to the Kamaole Sands Resort upon arrival. Fee includes entry gate electronic cards, pool gate codes, parking permit, complimentary daily Maui News, $5 Cyber Cafe access card, Maui Magazine, free local calls, and an invitation to a free Mai Tai party.
