• Check-in time is 3:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am.

• STANDARD OCCUPANCY: Studio (2 maximum), 1-BD (2 people), 2-BD (4 people). Additional perperson charge of $30.00, plus tax, per night above standard occupancy up to a maximum of

Children 12 and under are free, but are included in maximum occupancies.

• RESERVATIONS DEPOSIT: 3-nights lodging deposit required within 5 days to confirm the reservation.

Full payment is due 15 days prior to arrival.

• CANCELLATION:
A fee of $100.00 will be assessed for cancellation up to 15 days prior to arrival. All payments will be forfeited if cancellation occurs within 15 days. Policies are adjusted for short notice bookings.
